How much do we charge?

Our fee for HOA communities will vary depending on the size and extent of the responsibilities in it. As every association is different, we will review the Bylaws, the extent of the maintenance required, and the level of service to be provided to the community or homeowners. 407 HUB Property Management will charge to take over the day to day management of the HOA. The fee will be negotiated based on the workload required, bookkeeping, transition of files, physical or digital records transition, banking, and software changes.

Generally, 407 HUB Property Management charges per unit, plus any additional services requested by the HOA or determined on the Association documents. Fees are pre-negotiated as part of the contract. Contracts can range from 1-3 years. The longer the contract the best price per door we can offer your association.

Accounting and Financial Advising Services:  From bookkeeping to suggesting how much to budget for future costs. As well as, estimating repairs and maintenance to properties. We also advise on how to seek excellent contractors.

Community newsletters are a great resource to keep everyone in the loop. Our Community Managers can provide monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly newsletters to keep all residents up to date. 

Oversee Contractors: If any work is needed on the property, our management company will oversee all contractors.
