Tenant Placement

Our focus is on quickly obtaining suitable tenants to minimize vacancy costs. Handling the upfront tasks of advertising, showings, screening tenants, etc. Includes lease preparation, collection of funds, and initial “move-in” inspection report”.

Then the property is turned over to the owner for management, monthly rent collection, and maintenance.

Property Management

When we provide Property Management services we not only procure a tenant (See tenant placement).

At 407 HUB Property Management, we focus is on the ongoing management activities for the property such as rent collection, scheduling maintenance and repairs, accounting, and property inspections. A recurring fee due for each month for the term of the lease is collected.

Homeowners Association Management

Your HOA is governed by an elected Board of Directors, comprised of owners who have volunteered to serve your community.
HOAs hire us to properly and effectively handle day-to-day operations, perform ongoing maintenance duties, and communicate with residents. Also, we are responsible for executing all Board decisions and ensuring that all homeowners comply with the Bylaws, covenants, and statutes.

407 HUB Property Management will be responsible for maintaining the curb appeal, the appearance of the common areas, as well as any periodical maintenance as dictated by the association documents.

Vacation Rentals Management
